Children in Year 3 are enjoying their final term with their class teachers before they bid farewell to Year 3 life and make their way to Year 4! Children are excited for a busy half term ahead, including Sports Day, the Summer Fair and meeting their new teachers for next year. Dates for these are included below.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all parents/carers and their children for their continued support over the past year. We are very thankful for allowing us to teach your vibrant and enthusiastic children.

Physical Education/Addysg Grofforol
Year 3 PE takes place on a Monday afternoon. Children will need a white t-shirt, black or navy shorts/joggers and suitable footwear for outdoor games.
Children will be exploring different outdoor sports this year, that were particularly popular during the Victorian period. Please ensure children have the relevant PE kit in school each Monday to enjoy these sessions.

Reading / Darllen
Reading is vital to a child's education and in Year 3 we reward reading with Class Dojo points, which contributes to our VIP award. Children's reading logs are checked and signed every Tuesday and Friday by Year 3 teachers. Please ensure your child has their reading books and reading logs in school on these days. Children are encouraged to change their reading books when they have completed them.
