Eco-Committee
We decided to hold an Eco Warrior day to draw attention to on global issues that we can tackle at a local level.
Children took part in themed assemblies and Eco activities that count towards the Green Flag award. Children performed an Eco review, and cleared the school grounds. Activities included a transportation survey for all members of the school and recorded our results.

Owain Morris' visit from Cardiff Council
We are the Eco Warriors and we are determined to get the green flag award to show other schools that we care about our world and our environment.
We voted in our members from our register classes.
- Chairperson - Lucy Booth
- Vice Chairperson - Lola Liddell
- Secretaries - Amelia and Ruby
- Other important members are ; Piper, Freddy, Alyssa, Scarlett, Tristan and Harry.
We have had a meeting with Cardiff Council Energy Dept. and they offered us ideas to improve the efficiency of the school.
We recently went into the school grounds to do a litter snapshot. This gave us an idea of how much litter has been dropped. We were astonished with the result of a 10 minute litter pick! This will be a big drive for us to get the Eco Award.
